Bringing news from the city of Chester, Huntington, to the outside world. Within this blog are some of the amazing stories and accomplishments that are brought to you by the town of Huntington. It is a civil parish on the southern outskirts of Chester with an estimated population of 2,100.
Huntington is a short walk away from the town centre which is ideal for the elderly people in the village as they are the majority of the population. It is known as a quiet, civilised village with many local charities like, Huntington Women’s Institute which provides services and educational training to enable women to take part in rural life and development.
Due to the worldwide outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the people of Huntington have been affected within their daily way of living. This has meant that people are in isolation from the rest of the world. Here are some of the amazing stories that many citizens of Huntington are doing during such difficult times.
